Very pleasant experience there. Nice hotel with excellent location super close to the historical center. Thanks to the excellent staff everything was really good, including lots ofgood food. Location next to restaurants, night clubs and shopping malls and Cartagena.

The breakfast was great, we thoroughly enjoyed good choice of meals. The services are amazing, including a great pool.

This hotel is straightforward, easy location, helpful staff. The rooms are brand-new with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The breakfast has great options with a rice, scrambled eggs, granola.

Super nice, helpful staff (almost none speak English, however).Good location -- I prefer Bocagrande to El Centro. While this is not a luxury hotel -- it caters to many Colombian families -- it's an excellent value for Cartagena.

Not really a complaint, just a description: The rooms are pretty spartan by US standards, but very clean, and the beds and pillows and amenities (e.g., refrigerator, sunny pool) are all good.

My sister and I had a very enjoyable 5-day stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us a top floor room with an ocean view. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of coffee, fresh fruit, and hot chocolate. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and has a clean pool. Our room had basic toiletries, a TV, a mini refrigerator, and hot water. The wifi worked well throughout the hotel. a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating.I bought a calling card and was confused on how to use it, so the manager came out of his office and went across the street with me to clear up the confusion.Everything I asked of the staff the did with a smile.

The Breakfast was excellent, The location is good. The wifi it´s free. The beach is 30ft from hotel.

They need to improve the facilities, including the rooms (Too basic). The furniture is too simple, for example in the room the chair of desktop is in plastic.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are affordable, especially considering the location. It's just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff are attentive to detail and provide great service. The basic amenities, like air conditioning and hot water, are in good working order. The rooms are decent sized, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, with shopping centers and restaurants just a few blocks away.

Nothing, was a horrible experience...

There was a cockroach in the bedroom, the beds were unconfortable, everything was old. The breakfast was poor, tasteless. Also the location was not good, it was not in the historic downtown and at night was unsafe.
